I'm gonna talk about Ambuyat. On the way to JPPC last Friday with my fiance main bula..ada friendly football match suddenly we talk about ambuyat..haha lama nda makan ambuyat..sekalinya taisliur tah... but then it stopped as soon as we arrived di Jerudong...
Sekalinya apa nah..back from work on Saturday..me n my fiance suddenly talks about Ambuyat lagi...so then tarus tah singgah makan ambuyat..wah..it was such a feast that we enjoyed eating the ambuyat sampai habis langis ani bah..UNBELIEVABLE..taisliur banar jua tu....we had the complete set of what the restaurant name as 'Ambuyat Biasa' set.
The set consists of:
1). Daging (choose either rendang or masak kunyit)
2). Ikan (choose one from goreng, rebus,ampap)
3). Sayur (lemak, stir fried)
4). Cacah (mix binjai & tempoyak) or binjai
5). Ulam-ulaman with sambal belacan
6). and of course the Ambuyat
It was sooooo nyamanzzzz until I forgot to take the picture of the food..if ada definitely i'm gonna paste it here..hahaha
Sunday - no plans but ended up cooking shepherd pie for breakfast...Luckily my fiance help me with mashing the potatoes for the shepherd pie topping while I cooked the meaty ingredients for the pie....and he helped me cooked the pie...It was very filling for the breakfast... but both of us enjoyed it... now it's time for babysitting my niece while her mum is working...she was very hyper and talkative until we both give up and ended up asking her maid to jaga her...haha very melating bah my niece ani..banyak tanya and bibiran ani wah..hahaha
In the evening, we watched X-Men I, II and III.....haha marathon banar..atupun after digging back my big (I mean really big box) for all my dvds....
